2. Commercial Use and Accuracy of Information

  • Commercial Intent: Our products are primarily intended for commercial, industrial, and professional use.

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our equipment as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Equipment Installation & Safety

  • Professional Installation: Many items sold by Batch Caribbean (e.g., gas ranges, industrial ovens, heavy processing machinery) require professional installation by certified technicians.

  • Liability: Batch Caribbean is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer safety guidelines.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Local & Regional Delivery: Delivery timelines provided are estimates. Batch Caribbean is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party logistics providers.

  • Inspection upon Delivery: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all equipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage must be noted on the carrier’s waybill.

5. Warranties and Repairs

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Most equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Batch Caribbean will assist in coordinating warranty claims, but the final decision rests with the manufacturer.

  • Limitations: Warranties typically do not cover “wear and tear” items (e.g., gaskets, light bulbs, glass components) or damage caused by fluctuations in electrical power.

6. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers or resellers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Batch Caribbean or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Batch Caribbean, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from your use of any of our products or the website.
